Gigi is experienced in helping immigrants and minorities getting into homeownership who face different challenges. Gigi wrote finance columns for different ethnic newspapers offering insight into finance and mortgage issues to benefit consumers. Gigi also shared insights in Asians’ Buying Behaviors with other real estate professionals at a meeting for the Multicultural Network of Real Estate Professionals and the first dinner event for the International Counsel of MAAR (Minneapolis Area Association for Realtors). She was an authorized instructor for the At Home with Diversity training program, National Association of Realtors.
